TO COMPLETE A UK RETURN

We are always sorry when a customer needs to make a return, but understand this this is sometimes necessary.

• UK returns are free of charge.
• You must manage the return before the established deadline: you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
  
• Items must be in their original condition and include labels and shipping details, please keep your postcard.
• You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase. 
• Please email info@frocktales.co.uk and we will send you a return label. Once we receive it we will process your return.
• Print the label and drop the package at a Royal Mail Click & Drop Box or at a Post Office.

TO COMPLETE A NON UK RETURN

• Returns are paid for by you.
• You must manage the return before the established deadline: you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
  
• Items must be in their original condition and include labels and shipping details, please keep your postcard.
• You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

• Once we receive it we will process your return.
